On April 1st 1991 Stefan Schmolke produced his first handlebar from a UD Prepreg. This day marks a milestone in the companies history and has to be celebrated with our customers. Therefore we offer the TLO bundle with a discount of 25%. The SL bundle is reduced by 20%, single TLO parts by 15% and single SL parts by 10%. Special offer lasts for the whole of April.

+++Roxycle from now on available at Schmolke Carbon+++

Still unknown on the european market, we want to present you the brand Roxycle with their wheelset "Space Mission". The 38 mm or 50 mm high rims are characterized by a serious degree of manufacturing quality, a high stiffness-to-weight ratio and very good braking properties. Paired with high-end hubs from tune as well as high-class and robust Sapim CX-Ray spokes results in dream weights between 1085-1250g, depending which version you choose. +++New seatpost and handlebar for folding bikes+++

Not only racers and lightweight enthusiasts like to have high end carbon parts on their bikes. Also owners of folding bikes aim at decreasing their weight of their bike. Of course this makes sense, when considering that one does not only ride its bike through town but also has to carry it very frequently.
For that reason Schmolke Carbon offers from now on an extra long TLO seatpost in a length of up to 400mm and a corresponding flatbar in a length of up to 650mm.
The posts are available in a diameter of 31,6mm and 34,9mm. Speaking of weight, they play in their own league: 140g and 150g for the 31,6mm and 34,9mm dimensioned post, respectively, in a length of 540mm.
The corresponding bar can be ordered in a length of up to 400mm and is available in different custom designs regarding fibre alignment and aluminum reinforcement in the clamp section.
So, get rid of that fat on your folding bike!

+++New width for all Flatbars+++

To meet the rising demand on wider bars we have extended the width of all Flatbars around 2-3 cm. Bars with 25,4 clamping reach a width of up to 670 mm, Oversize bars even 700 mm.

+++Top grade for the Schmolke Grenoble+++
The german cycling magazine 'TOUR' tested our top frame 'Grenoble' in its issue 10/2013. The testers were delighted by the light and yet very stiff frame! Additionally not only the comfortable frame but also the clever choice of specs combined with our flexible seatpost and the FullOver handlebar received a lot of praise.
